Ddave, from Black Diamond is amazing. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He not only helped us with our current HVAC issues he also gave us advice on how to prevent potential HVAC issue in the future. I would give more stars if possible.

We have had multiple services done with Black Diamond Experts and they have been a pleasure to work with each and every time. We’ve had our electrical system upgraded(2019), central air installed(2019), water heater replaced(2023) and most recently our AC coil/furnace replaced(Jan of 2024), so it’s safe to say that we are fans of BD Experts! We even have their monthly service plan and we love it because they reach out about the appointments and quarterly checks. I highly recommend giving them a call for your plumbing, electrical and HVAC needs! P.S. Cesar and Kody were the techs on our most recent upgrade (AC coil and Furnace) and they were fantastic! Super knowledgeable and very friendly! I tell everyone about Black Diamond!

Kris with a “K” was honest, respectful, and listened. It makes a difference when the service provider ask you questions and listen to your responses so they can diagnose the situation with more accuracy.
