Emerge Electrical was able to schedule same day service. Isaac was professional, personable, and efficiently diagnosed our issue. Their rates are very reasonable .. would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Very nice professional that came out. Arrived on time. I got an assessment of my mini-split that was initially installed wrong when the house was built two years ago. Needed a cleaning, repressurization and maybe some more Freon…for $1800 ! About the cost of the unit new! Prices have gone up and maybe that’s when everyone is charging, but not at all reasonable. Technician was great, not sure about the company’s pricing.

The work was done swiftly and efficiently. What I do not like was the lack of transparency on pricing. After putting a 20% down payment on three items, and then deleting one item, I still owed money! You guys need to itemize you billing! Otherwise people like me think they are getting fleeced.
