He was early called in before arriving to confirm appointment came in evaluation of system told me his plan and continued at a steady pace after evaluation he discussed progress and continued to work as agreed discussed service agreement and explained charges very polite and concerned about price

Logan was great. I now have outlets on my back porch. Also updated my electrical box to my AC. Will definitely be calling them for my yearly AC check up. Price was also reasonable with me being a school teacher, price always matters lol.

I have to right this review to let people know that when it comes to warranty work this company has not taken care of it’s responsibilities. I bought a New AC in March of 2022 (The name of the company was Terry’s American but then a few months later was sold to Integrity) and in April of 2023 my unit went down after1 year and 1 month. The copper tubbing in the coil rubbed against the outside frame of the unit and rubbed a hole in it. They told me it wasn’t under warranty anymore. But it is under a manufacturers warrant for five years. But it still cost me $616.00 for them to repair the copper tubing (which in my opinion the unit should have been replaced). Well the unit worked for a little while but then the unit came up short on refrigerant again so it had to be recharged again. Now in June of 2024 I’m back in the same boat of having no AC all because on the same copper tubbing. The copper connects to a aluminum piece of tubbing that has also been leaking and that can’t be fixed. And now I can’t seem to get them to honor the manufacturers warranty. I have thought about contacting KFOR. I have been without AC now for 3 weeks and my wife and kids are suffering. Anyways I will not be referring anyone to this company. What has ever happened to keeping customers happy!! FRUSTRATED!!!!! WOW!! JUST WOW!!
