I was very pleased with the entire HVAC installation process with Hurlburt. From the bidding process to the competitive quote proposal along with the installation and their the follow-up.The entire process was like a well oiled machine.! Ben the service advisor was very prompt in the scheduling of the inspection on what needed to be done, the bidding and the quote proposal process.In addition Ben was very engaging & responsive in getting back to me on my questions.He was very clear in his explainations. On the installation side..Cody along with other members of the team(Ethan and Jonah)were very courteous,very prompt and very efficient in the installation of my furnace and AC unit. There was virtually no disruptions to my day! Everything was cleaned up to my satisfaction..They too were very engaging and made sure they answered all my questions.. Their overall knowlege..Product..Pricing..Service……..make me very confident with signing on with them! .Great value all the way around..They bring their A-game! I highly recommend Hurlburt.

We called Hurlburt because our AC was not blowing cold air. Their technician Cris came out the next day to inspect our system. His work was thorough and surprisingly quick which had us back up and running in no time. I’m very happy with the professionalism, detailed explanations and advice. I’ll certainly call Hurlburt to have Chris out for any future issues.

Start to finish Hurlburt Plumbing and heating made this process convenient ,affordable and a friendly team to work with. This was my first major purchase of a appliance like an air conditioner.. The sales rep Ben answered all my questions was friendly and took time to make sure all my needs were met . Installer Paul and crew fantastic I could not be happier I will referring Hurlburt Plumbing and Heating to friends and family.. THANK YOU HPH!!!!!

Paul is the man. Showed up on time, super polite, and not in a rush, even for a Saturday. We had no hot water from our boiler for two days, and boom, had us back up and running in no time. Pricing for time on Saturday was surprisingly affordable as well. Thank you again Paul!!!

We just had Hurlburt replace our furnace and A/C, initial reactions are very positive. The team that did the installation were professional and respectful. The system we got was comparably priced was with other bids. Their analysis of our needs demonstrated an understanding beyond what was needed to do a direct replacement.
