Was a good company than they got bought out by King Heating and Cooling. I had so many problems since the buy out. One time they never showed up, another time was very late a few hours, a few techs were trying to sell me things I did not need, today was the same story, was supposed to be here last month but the company cancelled on me then today was supposed to be here from 8am to 12pm but never came finally called me saying they will be by me in 1 hr, never showed, I called and they told me they did not know when the tech will be over by my house, finally they came over took along time to do a maintence check thst usually took not so long to do before. I do not recomend King to anyone, will be finding a different company now to do a maintenance check on my furnance and ac unit.

Gerry Marin is a great representative for King. He worked so hard, was extremely upbeat and personable even in 90 degree temperatures! He explained every detail of the service he provided. I was extremely pleased with the service and with Gerry. I would definitely recommend King to friends and family.

I’m very impressed with the care and attention to detail Gerry takes when performing maintenance on my air conditioning unit. I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided and know that my 20 year old Ducane unit is functioning properly. I will continue to look to Chicagoland Heating powered by King for my A/C and Heating system maintenance needs.
