Terrible experience. I was provided a window of when my technician was supposed to arrive for the service call. They went through the timeframe with no contact. Then the technician supervisor was not able to have the tech respond. They charged me for the service fee when no service was provided. They wanted to come 4 hours after the scheduled time. It takes 7 days for the funds to be returned and they do not send a confirmation of your cancellation and the refund policy for 2 days. They won’t let you speak to a manager only send messages through the contact center who has customer service representatives that are rude and provide poor service at best. I would not recommend this company unless you want to be charged upfront and not have a scheduled time for service to be completed.

My heating system wasn’t working and I was worried about how much it would cost to fix it. But, when I called them, they told me that they could come out right away and fix it for me! It was really nice to know that they were going to be able to do it at a reasonable price.

Kind of fishy the address they give is a nail salon, don’t you think? Tried to physically go there and complain but it was just a bunch of nail techs working there. WTH!!?

Mike and his teammates just finished installing my new boiler. It went without a hitch, and the installation, if I do say so myself, is wicked clean and just gorgeous. Prior to this project, I received 3 quotations from different organizations. Mike is not simply a fantastic deal; his work is also top-notch.

They tried to con a 72 year old lady. The driver was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Even after I was given a price he tried to get more money out of her. And after I canceled he still tried to show up. Worst company I ever dealt with.

I had a service call with Crown Heating & Air Conditioning. The gentleman who came here was excellent. He explained everything that was going on. He was very professional. This is the second time I have used this company. Both times their employees were excellent. So, it looks like they are attracting and keeping good people. Thank you .

They didn’t disappoint. Crown Heating & Air Conditioning were expert installers of the split a/c Daikin and the unit is so quiet! It was a complicated installation because the unit had to be installed quit a distance from the room to be cooled. Santos is a pleasure to deal with. I wish I had done it years ago. I would recommend this company for heating and cooling needs.

Finally got the furnace working. Santos is a genius. He found the problem in about 5 minutes. Thank you Santos. And with having a home warranty it only cost us a service call. Thanks American Home Shield.
