We purchased an air conditioner from Roth in Oak Creek last year in August, 2023. The New Berlin office installed it. Everything was great back then and they were all very nice. Our air conditioner broke last week Thursday. I called the New Berlin office on Friday morning because they were the ones that installed it last year. By 2:00 Friday afternoon we had a new air conditioner and all was good. We can’t say enough about the service. These people were all so awesome and they took such great care of us.

Had an AC unit and furnace installed at the same time by CJ and Nate. It was a bit tough install because Nate had to crawl up into the hatch and get the pipes for AC pulled through. Called him the ‘Hatch Man’. They both were very pleasant throughout the install. Explained everything I asked. Cleaned up afterwards. Even painted the LineHide for me since it was an upper install. I didn’t need to climb the ladder. Thank you! A great crew.

Bought a house last year with a new furnace that was not properly installed (by a different company). Had a tech come out 2 times to troubleshoot the issue, followed by a 3rd time with someone more experienced that could ultimately figure out what was needed. Went over a few options to repair and picked what we felt was best. In the end, we felt we were treated fair and the work that was done seemed justified for the price.

*edit with reply to their response* I was actually the main person you talked to dealt with. I do not recall them stating anything about the furnace. I do recall not getting AC on several hot summer days and no heat on cold winter nights. Again, as you guys stated, never your fault. And I’ll stick to other companies since the last one also diagnosed the problem quickly and came up with a solution for a fraction (only 10% of what you wanted to charge) and had not been an issue since you guys stopped touching our system. As I mentioned below, every time your technicians touched it, something went wrong a few months later while the other company’s technician solved it and has not been an issue for over a year. But I do respect your more professional response compared to your unprofessional and aggressive phone call that I got last time.* I would recommend getting quotes from other companies. I had my AC replaced and they guaranteed the work. My system kept failing and I would have to keep calling them over every few months to service it and the charges pilled up. I contact another company and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost and we have not had any issues for over a year. Thielmann group seems like a bunch of inexperienced people that try to milk you for money. I complained and someone from the company called me directly and was very aggressive on the phone. Do yourself a favor and find a different company for your needs. I regretted going to them

Aaron and Troy just left my house after spending 2 hours cleaning my ducts. They showed me before and after pics cleaning my vents and I was very impressed with them. They were very informative and kept relaying what they were doing and where they needed to go. They were so good with our nosey lab too and she loved the extra pets she got today. My ducts are clean and would definitely use them again and refer them to others.

We have been customers of Roth heating and cooling for over 20 years. Because of their outstanding service and products, when we moved, we contacted Dave Viegut for a new AC and furnace. We did have a problem with the installation of the AC. Why give them a 5 star review? Because Dave stood by his product and company error and corrected the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. This is what you want from a reputable company, and we will continue to have them service and provide our yearly maintenance.

We had the company replace parts a week ago and this week it stopped working. Every year we had to call them and get our AC/heating unit fixed and parts replaced multiple times a year even multiple times a month. We’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years having this company service our AC/heating unit. At this point we cannot recommend this company.

Technician was on time actually early. Diagnosed a bad capacitor. I said that shouldn’t be more than30 dollars plus labor. He said that capacitors had gone up they were between 200 to 400 dollars. I believed him and had him replace it. When he left I looked up the capacitor he installed 30 dollar’s. I don’t like being lied to and I don’t like being gouged even less. Before that they worked on my furnace and broke the attachment for the vacuum pod. They made it so it worked but poor workmanship.
