Very poor services! I was referred to a mechanic (James/Jamie) by moundbuilders motor group.. I paid this mechanic $1500 to fix my transmission not even 3 months after purchasing my vehicle for $6000, and this mechanic was supposed to fix it and im still having the same problem with my transmission , it shut off on me and stopped running not even 2 months of me paying for a new/used transmission and I’ve been trying to call this mechanic for months (Literally) he still has yet to reach out to me! I’ve lost my job and I have a new born and without my vehicle I can’t work or help my family.. this is very frustrating and poor services

When I called in about getting g a quote the receptionist acted like I was stupid for asking and transferred me to the electrician. The electrician did not introduce himself, just said “Ugh, hello.” When I asked for a quote he acted irritated. When I told him there was no project deadline I was just hoping for a quote he responded with “Look I am really busy and uninterested.” He may be a good electrician, I am not sure, he wouldn’t talk to me. But the customer service was demeaning at best.
