Spoke to Paul on the phone, extremely personable and professional. Was able to give a quick quote and set good expectations. Very knowledgeable and helpful, feeling very confident in contracting H&A — not to mention that their team helps clean and cover any holes in walls that are done due through electrical work! Wonderful service

Our lights went out in some of our rooms on a Saturday evening. Called this company and they had a technician available to come and diagnose the issue and remedy it. Wasn’t too complicated but the technician had to go purchase a part from one of their 24/7 suppliers. Impressive. While I you pay a premium for emergency service, I was happy with the prompt response and quality of service.

I had a small issue with this company in terms of obtaining an invoice and a pricing issue. I was very surprised when they contacted me personally to find out how they could resolve the issues and then took great care to work with me on a satisfactory resolution. I was very impressed with their customer service and attention to detail and of course the electrical work that they completed was very sound.

The team at H&A are prompt, professional, and top notch in what they do! They came in and did a whole fuse box change out and replaced light switches for me in about half the time as other places. Highly recommend.
