Called this company to check on my a/c. Long story short, I had some problems. Since my unit was 11 yrs old, I went ahead and bought a new one. Very professional, timely and so friendly. Lee was my salesman, Gene and Pat were the installers. I want to add that the housing around the air handler was pretty shoddy. They fixed that up also. Everybody was great to deal with. Thanks!

UPDATE #2: Now they’ve proven themselves to be guilty of defamation as well (in their reply). We live in a small town and know our Sheriffs. They called you to tell you what you were threatening was illegal, and that you and the tech would be “rounded up and thrown in jail” if you did it. They also encouraged my legal right to use force in protecting our property. You’re lying about the contents of the phone call, and if it wasn’t illegal in Florida to record a phone call without both parties consenting, then I would have recorded it too. The only person making illegal threats in that call was you, according to Deputy Evans. Funny how you just admitted to illegally recording phone calls without consent and sharing them with law enforcement. UPDATE: The manager called us shortly after we made our review and said that because of our review they were sending someone out to rip out our new motor, and that they weren’t liable for any damages. I told them we fully paid, and that’d be trespassing, theft, and destruction of property. They said we didn’t have a choice, and they were forcing a refund. I said I refused and would use force to protect my property if needed. They then threatened us with cops. We called our local Sheriff, Deputy Evans, and he called them and told them they’d be arrested and thrown in jail if they stepped foot on our property again. He also confirmed I was legally allowed to use force to protect our property. Beware of this company. We went with them because they were on the receipt for our home’s AC when it was purchased by the previous homeowner. All parts were covered under warranty. The quote was $487 for labor and $100 for “warranty exchange fee.” Based on that, I asked if it was 4 hours worth of labor to fix. The mechanic, Nick O., said it was about that much. They had to order the part and came at noon the next day. The mechanic was here less than 10min from ringing the doorbell until getting in his van to leave. $487 is not 10 minutes of labor.
