Wonderful experience! AC went out in mid 90s heat and 50% RH, Meyer responded quickly and Joey, their head tech went above and beyond bringing a portable window unit (which unfortunately did not fit our window) . But the mere surprise offer of the unit over the weekend until we could get the AC back up was so above and beyond. They came Monday, always on time) and worked tirelessly in the hot attic. By Monday evening, I had a whole new system with cool air streaming throughout the house even. better than before (or ever has been). They sent me a pic of the new system they built. It was an incredible job! I would definitely choose Meyer Heating & Air on my next AC issue! May God bless Joey & the entire team at Meyer!

Quick service! Called at 4pm on Monday, and they came out at 8am on Tuesday. Karl was an excellent technician! He walked me through everything that needed to be done and explained it very well. I appreciated that he gave me options as to how to handle it (what NEEDED to be done, and extra things we could add on to prevent future issues if we wanted to). As we love supporting local businesses, we will definitely use them again in the future!

The entire Meyers Heating and Air Team were very professional throughout the job. From dealing with Tasha in the office, Tony, who evaluated my entire system and of course the installers who worked for 12 hours on the hottest heat factor day (117 degree Farenheit) in Texas history, I was super satisfied. Meyers HVAC identified several ducts that were incorrectly installed by my contractor when the home was built. This was causing certain rooms to run hot in summer and cold in winter. Now, the entire home is cold and ready for Summer! The system they installed is one of the top of the line manufactures and their warranty (parts and labor) could not be beat.

Meyer was fantastic! Our ac went out the week before Memorial Day. They set us up with a window unit so we would have some relief and got our new unit installed on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I bugged them a lot because I didn’t want to fall through the cracks and they were friendly and understanding every time I called.
