Dedication. I had a heater and air install recently. Had an old furnace. Patrick and Lebo stayed and installed. Took hours due to having to reconstruct. Heater worked then stopped. Auto shut off. Mike came next day and discovered the problem. Stayed and let it run to make sure problem was resolved. Just want to thank everyone. This includes the person who took my call and had Mike come right away.

Although the staff are all friendly and responsive, we have had continual problems with our gas furnace every winter since the original installation in 2019 when the temperature drops below 30. The first year, nothing was done since the furnace began to work when the temperature increased. The 2nd year, they said the thermostat was bad and replaced it, charging us for the labor to replace it. I paid this invoice believing the problem was solved. The 3rd year, the technician said that the exhaust ductwork was sloped toward the furnace causing the condensation to back up and shut down the furnace. I was invoiced a significant amount but I declined to pay since it was an installation mistake that should have been corrected earlier. After 4 years of trying to correct the problem, they are now refusing to correct the (continuing) problem and we were again without heat in the morning. I did an internet search to see if anybody else had this problem and found it was a common problem with gas furnaces installed in an attic. All that was required was to insulate the condensate drain outside. I purchased a $4 piece of insulation and installed it myself. We have had no problem since. Seems like a “professional” HVAC company should have known this type of problem and not corrected it earlier. It’s sad that a company does not take pride in providing a professional quality service. Use somebody else.

These guys do great work from updating your system to installing at your new house. They take great care in their work showing integrity and pride. The service technicians will never just try to sell you on a new unit just to make a dollar, but rather fix or replace with options that best suit you. Highly recommend for any and all of your HVAC needs

Michael showed up on time and worked to solve a very difficult to research error code on our thermostat. Got us up and running today and let us know that our service charge is good for a month so if the same issue comes up again we are covered. He also educated me on changing my filters and the quality of our Trane system overall. Extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for saving the day!
