I loved working with Paramount’s staff. The technician arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was friendly and professional. The capacitor needs to be replaced on our furnace, but we were not pressured into making a decision or purchasing a replacement. I really appreciate the non-pressured approach.

When my air conditioner broke during the hottest week of the year paramount was able to work around my schedule to get it fixed as soon as possible and provided a temporary solution in the meantime. James was very knowledgeable about the different products available and helped me pick a solution that worked best for my condo. The whole team was friendly and professional and got my new unit up and running before I had to leave for work.

Paramount installed our furnace. So when our 4yr old a/c unit wasn’t blowing as cold as it use to, they were the 1st on my list. Day of appt..got a text stating my tech was on his way…SURPRISINGLY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE…he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything throughly and completely. The tech Hunter Donaldson came to do a tune up on my air conditioner. He was professional & curtious. I had a furnace filter I was wanting to change & he saw it & replaced it for me! Definitely a plus because it’s hard for me to do. Thankyou Paramount for sending him & I appreciate your business!!

Called for a regular spring inspection and had a few concerns. Andrew was my technician that was assigned to my appointment. We went through my concerns and found out that my thermostat was not working. He contacted his boss and they were able to replace it since it has only been 2 years. Andrew even gave me things that would be good for my new system since I have added a humidifier last april. Things that are nice to have. We decided to go with air purification system. He has installed it and got me all set up and running. Andrew was very pleasant and patient with me. Very knowledgeable too.
