From our first phone call to the completion of the job, The Gas Connection folks were such a pleasure. Tracy, Dave, Trevor and Jason were professional and answered all our questions. They handled everything from checking on our warranty to ordering the necessary part to bringing back our A/C unit from near death to a unit that will serve us for many more years. A special shout out to Jason who fixed our air conditioner today in 95° heat. We would recommend The Gas Connection without reservation.

Gas Connection came right away to fix my furnace, Jason figured out what the problem was and noticed another issue with a gasket needing to be replaced. My furnace runs so much better and shuts off like it suppose with no problems. He also replaced the thermostat. Jason took the time to explain the problem and did a awesome job. Highly recommend them for sure.

Dave, Tim and Trevor performed superb work installing the water heater, stove, boiler service and the mini splits. They took extreme care around the houes, explained any questions along the way. Awesome customer service and pleasure to work with.

Had this company come out and replace the central.a.c. unit. Price was great , Dave was super nice and informative the entire process. On install day the 2 techs were punctual , very nice and informative , they did a great job cleaning up the job site after completion. This company installed our heating system years ago too. They will be my go to for all future heating /a.c repairs or needs.

I called and left message to make an appointment. I got a call back within minutes and spoke with a very respectful and knowledgeable person who listened to my issue and walked me through the likely remedy. Fast turn around time for an appointment and transparent pricing. I’m very satisfied.

Their drivers need to be trained better seeing one almost crashed into my car this afternoon while being on the phone! Then proceeded to laugh like it was a funny matter. NOT OKAY AT ALL! This is how I’m innocent kids and families get hurt by the. Stupidly of others! I hope when I called and made a complaint it is taken seriously and this employee/driver grows up because if it was his toddler and child in the car scared with his pregnant wife he wouldn’t think it was such a funny matter! Smh

We bought a good house in 2017 and remodeled significantly in 2019. The HVAC system still didn’t work properly. Tim came down and redesigned the system so that it works like a dream. I am very grateful to Dave, Tim, and Trevor for making our entire HVAC system work amazingly well, and they did it quickly, neatly, and with good cheer to boot. Best contractors we have had, ever. Hands down the best HVAC company to work with in Nashua. We had a new top of the line Trane heater and A/C installed, couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations and when they were done, they cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell they were there! Our house finally stays nice and warm, can’t wait to try out the new air conditioner! True professionals, they earned my business from here on out.
