A great experience with a trustworthy company. We reached out to schedule someone to learn more about our basement project. We were contacted right away by someone who was eager and flexible. Eric, the owner, personally did the walk-through and estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and personable. He genuinely was open and enthusiastic about the potential of our basement. After having other estimates completed by local professional construction companies, we decided to work with Essex Electrical & Company because of their transparent and competitive pricing and because of the thorough and direct information we got during our consult. Throughout the project we were kept up to date on cost and the anticipated length of the project. We were beyond impressed with the craftmanship and service we received.

We’ve never hired an electrician before, but we needed a professional to come fix some wiring in our “new” 15 year old home. Electrical issues are definitely not something we want to tackle ourselves. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Essex. The electrician arrived on time, was very professional and courteous, and figured out the problem and solution quickly. The bill was also very reasonable and worth it. Best of all, we have peace of mind that the job was done right. Will definitely use them again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

This outfit in really bottom rate There employees are unskilled and ran my job in the hole. I lost thousands on loans funding these bozos.
