We scheduled an appointment over a week ago. We were given a 3 hr window for Chris to arrive. We rearranged our schedule to make sure we were available for the 3 hour window. Chris’s wife called and said he couldn’t make it during our scheduled window. When we expressed our disappointment she got nasty and told us to find a different electrician. Very poor customer service.

I recommend Chris at All American Electric. He came over when he said and provided a competitive estimate. We hired him and scheduled a date for the work to be done. Murphy’s Law says something was going to be more difficult behind the walls, and our home didn’t disappoint. Where we thought the builders had a single, maybe a double beam, there were SIX beams stacked that he had to deal with, which extended his time here… but instead of explaining and raising his price for the extra work, he kept his word with the pricing, and did a phenomenal clean job (something that seems to be getting more scarce these days). I’d recommend All American and he is now my go-to electrician! Thanks Chris!

We needed a quote for electrical work for a new hot tub. Scheduled a quote. Chris came, on time, and took a look at what we needed. Quote came in the same as another quote we got. Hot tub was supposed to come the following week, Monday or Tuesday. Hot tub actually came early on Friday and we were eager to get it set up and get in. Chris actually accommodated us and came out on Saturday to get it done! He answered our calls every time we called, came out with short notice and on a Saturday on Father’s Day weekend! Thanks to Chris and Erika, our family was in our new hot tub on Father’s Day!

Great customer service! They were scheduled to come out and I was thinking I needed three outlets replaced. They were able to talk me through the process to reset the GFI’s which fixed the problem and saved me the service visit. Thank you so much! It’s great to see a company that does the right thing and not take advantage of the situation. I highly recommend!

Everyone over at All American Electric, are top notch. We had a last minute emergency, Chris adjusted his schedule and took care of the issue. Disaster aborted Thank you Chris,you made our flight home less stressful
