I purchased my first home this past year with an FHA loan only to find out that the electric in the house was not safe at all for my family and needed to be updated and replaced. I was very overwhelmed and stressed out as I begin to call electricians in my area I called Renfro electric & they immediately got to work on coming to take a look and estimate it. The office woman Mikki was very informative and helpful about the situation. The two gentleman that came out was the nicest guys I could’ve asked for. They were very respectful of having to work on the home while children were inside. They were good with keeping us informed on every step of the replace and took the time to explain things to us. They suggested some things we might need in other areas of the house in the future. The following day we had an electrical outage and upon immediately finding out we had no electricity was willing to come over in a rush to find the issue. They put a stressed mamas mind at ease & that is the biggest blessing. Thank you so much. In more ways than one they were great 😃 will definitely use again when we start the addition of the house.

I ran into a couple issues with the first person sent out by Renfro, but the owner and manager were both easy to work with and worked to get everything resolved and up to code extremely quickly, as well as renew my confidence in the company. If I have any more electrical work needed in the future I would be happy to use Renfro again. They remedied the issues and showed me the process along the way, as well as answered a few other questions I had regarding this work, and some other projects I my have in the future. Steven is very knowledgeable about his industry and very willing to help and give advice.

Chris, George & Rodney were GREAT! Chris came out to give me a bid on rewiring my 100 year old bungalo. The price was competitive, they were able to come out quickly & they showed up on time. They made great suggestions and cleaned up after themselves very nicely! We will use them again for our other properties!
