Andrew, Bob, and EJ were nothing but GREAT to work with. The response time to get us a new AC system was fantastic. We were able to get info regarding issues with our setup that we had and get them taken care of as well. GREAT, COURTIOUS, PROFESSIONAL.

This is the second time Carmichael’s has shown up for the non-profit animal shelter I manage when we were in dire straights. Both times our Air Conditioning had gone out during the hottest part of summer. They quickly identified and corrected the problem. The technicians were knowledgeable and honest in their assessments. The company itself prides themselves on supporting their community and this value extends through their whole team of amazing workers. Both times the technicians donated their time and Carmichael Heating & Air Conditioning covered the entire cost of repair. This is no small thing, and their concern for the homeless animals in our care is a character trait that extends to all of their work. Support a business that gives back to the community they live in, work in and clearly care about.
