I want to start with thanking this company for the support and all they do for military families. Joshua Burk was our technician, he was very professional, friendly and efficient. Explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done thoroughly before moving forward. Signed up for the yearly maintenance because of the added benefits and it’s affordable. As a mom with toddlers it gives me one less thing to worry about. Also maybe not a big deal to some but I loved that he used covers on his shoes before coming in my house without me having to ask. Overall a great experience! 😊

Joshua Burk is a great technician, he did a wonderful job and was friendly and respectful. Veterans Choice really sets the standards on how things should get done. Joshua inspected my whole HVAC system and made the proper repairs in a timely manner. All the precautions a homeowner expects a service technician to take to ensure no mess was made and clean up after the wok was completed was done. I am going to recommend Veterans Choice to all my family and friends.
