Everyone I dealt with from beginning to finish was genuinely sweet and so nice! The work was done correctly from the beginning. Very open and honest about all the work that had to be done and up front with all costs, no sudden up charges. Erin and Terri were so easy to work with and so good at communicating and answering all my questions. 100% would recommend this company

Yes, I got a water the other day from basin. I had asked for a paper bill. we were looking at it. they said that put in water heater pad. A24x24 to my Suprise that was not on their water heater. it’s not about the money. it was on their Invoice that I got from them. I guess they don’t care about what they do anymore. I will not call them again.

Very unprofessional and unmotivated workers. They don’t stick to the time scheduled to show up. They leave a mess for you to clean up. No communication but they take plenty of breaks.

Our heat pump went out last spring so we had Basin install and entire new system inside and out. The ac worked great all summer, but this winter we realized the heat pump hasn’t turned on once to heat the house. We’ve been running off emergency heat this entire time. We called Basin Feb 22nd and they told us they’d send someone out to check on it and install a temperature sensor outside today Feb 23rd between 8-10am. My boyfriend took the morning off work so he could be home when Basin came out. As 10am approached and no one had showed up he called Basin to see what was up. The lady on the phone said there must’ve been a misunderstanding because someone came to our house yesterday but no one was home. We have security cameras and know that no one from Basin was at our house yesterday. Very frustrated that this is supposedly the best HVAC company in the area and this is the kind of service you receive!

They were great. Next day appointment. Arrived a little late but James was amazing. We were stressed and trying to leave town (to head home). We didn’t realize the replacement sink we bought was cracked. James did everything he could do, then came back when we returned with another sink. He was so professional, so courteous and really really good at his job. Haven’t received the bill yet, but James quoted the price that I assume will be charged.

Back in mid summer my fiancée and I engaged Basin’s services to install a new water heater and dispose of the old one. When they did this they installed a secondary valve closer to the house for better ease of use for future plumbing projects. Fast forward to two weeks into January, and we have no water. Suspecting the pipes might be frozen, I placed a heater near the main valve and checked the heated tape to make sure it was working. After a day of still having no water, I called Basin to have someone come check the pipes and see what’s going on. The tech who showed up checked the length of the pipe all the way to the main valve, but didn’t go in the direction of the secondary valve. He then said he didn’t know what was up, apologized and headed out. Because it was the weekend, we were charged the overtime trip charge. Later the park maintenance guy offered to check the pipes himself because he was helping other houses at the time as well. When he checked the whole length of the pipe, he discovered the freeze was at the secondary valve, which was bare. It turns out that when Basin installed the water heater, they neglected putting any form of insulation around the secondary valve despite knowing the normal weather and temperature conditions of this area. What’s more, they made no mention of insulation of any sort, so I remained unaware until this problem. Because of everything listed above, It feels like I had been ripped off twice because of a problem they unwittingly manufactured. Definitely would not recommend.

Charge for service was no where near the quote given at the time the appointment was made. When I called the office to ask why the price was so drastically different, I was given nothing but attitude by two of the women in the office. I had wrote down word for word what I was told at the time I made the appointment and a co-worker over heard the entire conversation between myself and Nancy, including me saying wow that seems cheap! We Will NEVER use their services again and will get nothing but a bad reference from me you can’t misquote people by that much and then give attitude, an apology for mistakes made goes a long way
