So, Michael replaces my compressor and A coil and said my A/C should go for another 10 years and was told the compressor had a five year warranty. This was when he was peddling for Old Republic warranty. Always late, makes parts excuses, etc.. Fast forward 2 years, compressor locks up. I call Michael re: warranty he said none existed and would not return calls or texts. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!!! There are many REPUTABLE companies out there, use them.

I will forever use this company! Micheal was so polite, understanding, and very patient with me! Over a weekend when a part wasn’t available he made sure to do the best he could so we wouldn’t be without air! Our system has never worked better than it is now! Thank you so much for all your hard work!! Definitely recommend 10/10

I contacted mastercraft heat and air services to come fix my heat on December the 23rd. I talked to Micheal and he said he could be out in a hour. It was three hours later I had to call him back when I got off work. He was at my house when I arrived home. He replaced a strip on the unit to get the emergency heat to work until he ordered the part. He said it would be in the next day which was Christmas Eve. We called him Christmas Eve he said he had to call and check on the part. My husband stayed home all day that day waiting on him to call back or come to fix it. He never called back nor showed up to fix it. We have called him ever day after that and left a message for him to let us know something and he hasn’t called back and he will not respond back. This is very poor customer service. I suggest you not do business with this company. You will be charged $85.00 and still don’t have your heat fixed right. We will not call them again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE & RUDE! Just like many other Google reviews have mentioned, Michael is rude, lies about when they will come to your house, and he really doesn’t seem to care bc he apparently has more business than he can handle with the summer heat. They are the most difficult HVAC company I have ever dealt with, ever! They “no-showed” 3x and when I called he claimed he never talked to me, but upon telling him exactly when i talked to him each time before he then admitted they were just busy, and had no explanation for why they wouldn’t just call and tell me they couldn’t come when they scheduled. So inconsiderate. We were forced to use them bc of a warranty contract, and he made the process drag out for 3 weeks with no regard for our well-being. Wasting customers’ time and refusing to acknowledge mistakes is a recipe for zero repeat customers Michael.

We’ve used MasterCraft several times now. He’s always prompt on coming out and fixes the issue. Would highly recommend!

We highly recommend Mastercraft. He was able to come on short notice and stayed late until the job was done. He fixed a busted water line under our house for a very good price and did an excellent job. We will definately be using Mastercraft again for any needs we have in the future!

Michael from Mastercraft did a great job and checked everything and made sure everything was running properly. I definitely recommend this company and will use them next time I need service on my heating and air.
