After business hours, found water in my drip pan). Answering service had Tim there first thing in the morning to answer my questions, show me how to maintain the drain and fix the issue. Sherrie answered my questions about extending my service warranty and signing up for the twice a year maintenance agreement. Josh as his assistant came out in a timely fashion to complete the one year checkup. I have been very pleased with the professionalism of United Air!

My mini split developed a leak at the new pump with water running down the wall. Josh came in and was quick to diagnose and repair. Happy to have them to fix my issues. My mini split a/c system that United heating and Air installed needed to be looked at for a possible pump issue and after doing several diagnostic tests and repairs, found out the sump on the a/c system needed to be replaced and was out of warranty. Price was a little steep, but need it done and they are fast to get the part and will be installed in a few days. Happy to know they can get the part and get me back up to where it will work in my shop. Josh came on time as scheduled and immediately went to work on cleaning my system and checking out the heat pump. Work was great for doing 2 units and the heat pump system, which showed no issues. I will be using them when it comes time to service them again and wash out/flush the system. Happy to have them as my service carrier.

Michael and Anthony came out to conduct our AC tuneup and adjust the dampers in our attic vents (we had major hot spots and cold spots in our home). They were very professional, quick, and courteous. Our home no longer has the hot / cold spots. Thank you and great job! AC working great!

Once again, the #1 heating and air company in the river region United has done it again for me and my family! Our central unit went out and we needed some to come out and service it quickly due to the heat. I put a service call in to United and in no time, Cody came out and helped us make another very important decision in replacing our unit. On top of that, he set up a temporary portable ac unit for us to use to help out with the heat! Thanks United and Cody for all you do!
