Arc Electric responded promptly to a request to install an EV charger in my garage. Kris arrived early and was very professional. He did a fantastic job with the charger installation and walked me through what to expect with the installation process and how to use the charger. As part of standard protocol, Arc Electric followed up promptly to coordinate with State Inspector to confirm no concerns with the installation. I would recommend Kris and Arc Electric to anyone looking for an EV charger installation.

We’ve used ARC 3 times and have had all positive experiences! We’ve had electrical problems remedied and had new outlets installed. Both Nick and Kris are kind, knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. We’ll continue using ARC for all our future electrical needs!

We are first time home buyers and were recommended to ARC through some friends. Scheduled an appointment and Mark came out. The whole process was very easy. The lady who scheduled our appointment was very understanding. Mark was awesome. I very much appreciate his service and answering a first time home owners nervous questions. He was very kind and helped solve some problems and gave future recommendations. We will definitely be calling ARC with any of our electrical needs. Thank you Mark

Wanted a Tesla wall connector installed in a garage that was far away from the breaker panel. They gave me the best quote and did a clean job. Thank you Update: So convenient and “coincidentally” one of the breaker that was moved from the original space was broken which was perfectly working fine before this work. After the tech came to check I was charged another $89 for a breaker that would cost $7 at Home Depot. Since this stopped working after the work they did, I would assume that it would’ve been done without any charge to me after I spent so much already for the charger installation itself.

Been using ARC for several years. Mike and his crew have done consistently great work for us and our customers. The office does a great job with call aheads and follow ups. This is a very reliable company and I highly recommend them.

on my 2nd payment at time of installation to Arc Electric the check was paid by my bank on dec 13, then sent back to my bank from Arc Ele. Co. bank (Chase Bank) the next day, my bank told me that Chase had labeled is as a suspicious transaction when they returned the money.The money had been paid to there bank, the check was honored by my bank but the funds were returned by Chase. They then started treating me like i had done something wrong and wanted to charge me fees. i called the owner who was very RUDE , did not want to listen to my concerns, and told me I didn’t have to pay his fees, but he didn’t care what had happened. the office mgr. is the worst customer care person I have ever had to deal with. I had shorted them the fee my bank had charged me for putting a stop payment on the check, before I gave them a replacement check and didn’t pay the fee they tried to collect , then I called my bank and they removed the fee, so I called my salesperson and told him I would pay them the fee i had shorted them that my bank had charged me but was not going to pay the fee they wanted. then when ARC Ele. got to my home they tried to hit me with the fee again. I called the office to get the same stone wall , RUDE office mgr. I didn’t pay the fee and never will or ever use this firm for anything, I have also filed a complaint with BBB and Generac

I used Arc for the renovation of a restaurant. They were nice guys but the lack of responsiveness and not showing up for work deserves even less than 1 star. I have built a lot of commercial properties, both remodeling and new construction and so I know how things are normally delayed and people are just doing their best to get things done with a certain amount of delay being normal. Arc had zero regard for timelines or for keeping to their word or about even responding. Afterwards we even found a few things they said they did and charged for but actually didn’t and i had to pay another company to come out and fix it. The GC I used said that he had worked with Arc in the past but never seem them do such a bad job. This company was absolutely horrible, would never use them again.

I would steer clear of this company at all costs. While we did not hire ARC directly, we had the unfortunate pleasure of them performing work in our home through our contractor. We had several issues with them refusing to come back to our home to finish the work on our kitchen remodel. We were advised they did not want to come back until countertops were installed, despite it being easier to finish the work with the cabinets open. Our countertop installer pointed out that one of our outlets may not be installed per code, but unfortunately this was after custom backsplash was installed, again because ARC refused to come back before hand. Wiring was left dangling in our crawl space. Installers destroyed our garage trim bringing a conduit through the wall and brought it to nobody’s attention. On top of all of this one of their workers was using derogatory language in the presence of mixed company, simply because his amateur work was pointed out, which he refused to fix on the spot. When ARC was told the worker was not allowed back at our home, the response was that they had had complaints about the worker’s professionalism in the past. So that gives you some insight about their customer service. Despite our dissatisfaction, I had previously refrained from posting a review until the most recent issue. Come to find out, ARC never had the electrical final inspection completed before collecting their money from our contractor. Rather, they scheduled the inspection and then cancelled it, despite having been paid in full. Six months later it was discovered that they never had the work inspected and now we cannot have our project’s final inspection completed. The company is completely unprofessional, overpriced, and amateur at best. Please do not be fooled by their “Christian Values” marketing ploy because it is just that, a ploy. ARC could not care less about doing the right thing or the customer.
