Customer service is top notch. Jose and Emily have gone above and beyond every time we have called them. Their quality of work is on the same level of customer service. If you are looking for a contractor for any HVAC needs, look no further. They offer quality products, amazing customer service and equally amazing work. Cool-Tech Heating and Air are the ONLY people I use to repair my air or heating. The Central Valley gets super hot in the summer. I have had some emergencies, where Jose has made time for me even after hours. I have not had to wait for parts because he has had them in his truck. He has saved me time and money. Not to say, saved us from the discomfort of not having cool air in the middle of a heat wave. He is a professional at what he does! You can never go wrong with this husband and wife team.

Delighted with the speed, recommendation and quality of Jose + crew’s work and Emily’s responsiveness. Got a 5 stage heat pump with all permits done in a timely and professional manner. A friend referred Jose and I’m so glad I got my heat pump installed by Cooltech. They didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell or complicate the solution.

I called Jose Vaeza at Cool-Tech in the morning in August 2023, and by the end of the day, my air conditioner was working again cooling our house! The motor for the blower had to be replaced. Technician Anthony Ruiz responded to my call, did ALL of the work himself in approximately 2 and a half hours, and succeeded in getting our air conditioner running again! Thanks Anthony, and thanks Cool-Tech.

Install of new super efficient 2 stage heat pump. Start to finish Emily and Jose were fantastic! The crew was professional, on time and very hardworking.
