This man came out and told me that I needed about 4 lbs of Freon, 2 capacitors and my condenser needed to be cleaned.. $1200 later.. with no itemized invoice.. and paying a $34 fee for using my debit card!! Granted, he returned $31 and some change, but the fact that there is no itemized invoice really drives me crazy.. he’s just making up numbers!! He then also said the capacitors could stay, but they would be giving out soon.. not sure how true that was, but with this heat, I didn’t want to risk it. I had a feeling I was being wronged, but I decided to let him change them anyway. I work very hard for my money and I don’t mind paying for what is necessary, but where is the proof?? Never using this service again. I’ll be looking for someone that is more legitimate. I only have a second star because at least he gave me some of the money back from the card fee.

Having your AC go out on a Saturday night, in the middle of a heat wave, is a nightmare! Yourke was one of only a few places that were open. Mike was wonderful! He came out within a few hrs of calling and had our AC up and running in less than 30 min! Highly recommended to anyone who wants fast, and good service! Thank you so much!!

In the California summer, a broken AC unit is miserable, these guys are lifesavers! York came out the next day to fix my broken air conditioner, on a weekend I might add. The best price I received for a quality HVAC technician in Modesto. Thank you so much Mike! I won’t be calling anyone else for AC repairs, I wasn’t taken advantage of in my time of need, you got a customer for life.

They came out after hours to troubleshoot our AC, unfortunately we needed a whole new system but Mike and his crew were out again the very next morning and replaced/installed everything. Very high quality team – thank you for the great work.
