Very rare that they answer the phone. Communication is awful. Showed up weeks after originally planned. Would not use them again.

I have not used their service so this is a review about their costumer service. I originally sent an email inquiring about adding some track lighting to my business which they didn’t respond to until I gave them a call and told them that I had emailed and asked for a quote. After they gave me their quote, I approved the job and I asked when they can complete it. They told me the following week. I asked which day, but still now after a month I’m still waiting for their response. I kept sending them emails but nothing! At this point they made me waste my time as I could’ve have this job done by an other company by now. They could have told me that they would not be available until a certain date instead of not responding. I will not be working with this company and I do not recommend this company.

First time hiring Walser Electric and I would hire them again and recommend them to others. Great communication with the office. Jason was the electrician that worked for us, did a good job and got all the work done quickly and professionally.

Professional Electricians, Quality work, comparable cost. Best installation for your $. Truly professional staff. They have a solution for everything,every electrical issue has always been addressed. After there work there has never been another issue. The only electrical contractor I would recommend.
