Very well attended by Octavio Villegas. Even though I don’t know anything about electricity, he took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, he showed me several options and prices, I thought they would treat me very badly because I first arrived at 5 on a day when they were already closing, recommended 100 % good price with people who know Thank you very much Octavio

Terrible costumer service, this guy Jose Barrera is the worst person for costumer service, I couldn’t even take a coffee cup, cus he says, his own the coffee maker. So sad. Thinks like this make you running to others supply and make this amazing location Miami north lose money.

Great electrical supply store. I went there a little clueless as to exactly what I needed to buy. However, the staff there was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I was able to get exactly what I needed. Wonderful customer service which is not easy to find now a days.

Dont come here thinking that because its a supply you going to get a better price… home depot its way cheaper than this, despite showing them the exact item half the price, they still wanted to charge me 2 times more. 🤦🏻‍♂️ last time for me here they dont even have wire nuts 🥜 in stock …

I would pronounce this place as an example of what an electrical supplier should be. The powerful reason: excellent customer service. The service rendered simply place in shame the rest of the electrical suppliers in South Florida. For everyone that reads this have Octavio Villegas show in real time how it’s done. This is by far the best electric supply company we’ve ever visited. Robert was wonderful, He was knowledgeable, friendly and truly went above and beyond to assist us. They really made us feel valued as a customer. The store was neat & clean . I am so pleased with them I would recommendation them in a heart beat! And trust that we will be back.. often!!

When to this store early today and spoked to a gentleman name Robert who was very helpful in every way, from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out.its been awhile since I had been greated like that.i would definitely return to this store again.
