These guys are great. I’ve used them several times at my personal residence as well as at my commercial business. They have installed a Tesla charger, resolved wiring issues, and added outlets. Their work is always top-notch and reasonably priced.

Gary and his apprentice came out on time. This was a great start…I received a text message at 6:47 AM Monday morning letting me know that Gary would be arriving in the morning between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM then another at 8:04 AM informing me that his team was on their way. Gary and company arrived at 8:45 AM EXCELLENT! Gary and his helper introduced themselves then off to the walk-through…we had a whole laundry list of items to go through everything from Generator service to new switch installations and breakers. Gary is attentive and takes great notes. They ran a thorough Generator check (very informative), cleaned what needed cleaning, took pictures, changed the oil, and topped off the radiator, reassembled the housing, and cleaned up…great job! Extremely reasonable cost and well within the budget. I am looking forward to the pricing they come up with for the rest of my wish list and welcome the remaining work. Matrix set the bar high, Gary met that bar and exceeded my expectations! Great Job Matrix…looking forward to continuing our business together in the very near future! Continuing their work on Monday, February 19 and 20: Day 1 – February 19 – Gary and Alex arrived on time precisely at 8:27 AM (stated that they would be here by 8:30 AM)…Arrived as promised. Matrix had provided a detailed estimate for work being performed before they arrived which I approved and appreciate (very fair pricing). The Job consisted of multiple updates to our residence, Diagnostics and repair to existing electrical infrastructure supporting our Paradise both inside and outside. Day 1 Gary and Alex are an excellent team and knocked out the interior in initial diagnostics quickly and accurately even after I added a few items to the existing project. There was a lot of dust and material after the job was completed and they cleaned up and left everything as clean as we had it before they started (just cleaned and polished floors). Great finish on Day 1!!! Day 2 – February 20 – Gary and Santiago (Alex was on another job) arrived on time. Santiago was early…great start. Day 2 Gary and Santiago are another great team combo. Gary is a wonderful leader and instructor. He is safe, never works HOT, and insists the same from everyone on his team. My wife commented on how pleasant both gentlemen were working both inside and outside. Even though I again added to the project there was no problem from there guys! End of the day and clean-up was as great as Day 1. The final bill was with all additions was well within my budget with no unexpected charges. These guys really know their business and how to keep the client happy. Thanks again Matrix! You can send these folks back for continuing business…

Has Matrix electric come out this morning to change out a bad breaker. They had to track down some bad wiring in an outlet to find out why the breaker burned up. Jesus and his helper checked 8 outlets and found the problem. I now have power where I didn’t before .great job guys
