I had use him to change my heating cooling and subsequently they came to service just 1 year old appliances, and changed filter in the to furnaces and 1 humidifier costing me 800 dollar which is insane, big rip off avoid

We had a local contractor install our furnace and the fan unfortunately quit during a super hot streak of weather, leaving us without a way to get our air conditioning through our home. To our shock and surprise he actually refused to fix it as he no longer worked with that brand. While searching the manufacturers site I found Cliff Bergin & Associates. I called to see if they would work on our furnace, still under warranty, and they absolutely said they could. Every person I chatted with on the phone was beyond helpful and supportive. They were patient and kind, as it had become a rather stressful event. We had to wait for the part to arrive but as soon as it did they were able to get someone to quickly fix our furnace and get us back to functioning. Paul and Jim were absolutely stellar and I so appreciate their care, understanding & kindness. Max did an efficient install and answered any questions I had. We one million percent would recommend Cliff Bergin & Associates. Thank you so much for helping us with a stressful situation for our family!

I have been a customer of Cliff Bergin for over 50 years, and will never go anywhere else. Every time something goes wrong, they are there for me right away. Not only are they professional, but personal & honest too. I trust them. Monday I was without power for 11 hours and then had no water. Within 3 hours someone was here to help. They don’t try and sell you something you don’t need yet. I appreciate them putting me first before making a sale. A big shout out to Adam & Randy for coming to my aid this week and their helpful advice. I am happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a service company that makes you feel safe & cared about. We recently had an issue with a water boiler issue in our Mequon house and reached out to Cliff Bergen for assistance. Jim came to the rescue, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and outstanding customer service. He quickly analyzed the problem with accuracy, providing a clear explanation and implementing a temporary water heater solution to ensure we had access to hot water while awaiting a permanent fix. Just had Dave the plumber from Cliff Bergen and Mark the HVAC technician from Cliff Bergen over to our home to fix a couple of things that happened during winter. Both technicians showed up on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. They got the leak fixed and the furnace repaired. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and we appreciate the quick service that Cliff Bergen offered to us. Thank you.

On a stormy spring day when virtually everyone’s sump pump was overwhelmed with the volume of water, these guys were here less than 30 minutes after I called. They replaced our sump pump plug and were done in 20 minutes. It was almost miraculous. given how busy they were. Helps that they seem to be very well staffed.

Had our leaking water heater replaced by Cliff Bergin last week and the job they did was impressive. Being a oil fired heater, the unit needed to be ordered. They stayed in touch with progress and delivery information. The install was smooth and professional. Definitely recommend Bergin for all your plumbing needs.

We’ve used Cliff Bergin a few times now for servicing our iron curtain system, replacing a hot water heater and installing a reverse osmosis system. They’re always on time, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We will definitely continue using them in the future.
