I wish I could give them 6 stars ! Incredibly great work done by a super team. Chris and Tildon showed up early morning for a 40′ sewer repair. When the digging got complicated by some large trees, they were able to help from John and Jason, who showed up with the bigger excavator. There were several unforeseen complications dealt with. They were all experienced and knowledgeable and worked together as a team. Able to finish a complicated repair in one day. Even though the cost escalated above initial estimates, their finance people worked to cover our needs. Great job, very highly recommended.

I went online to setup an appointment for drain cleaning of my kitchen sink. Within 10 minutes I was called by Best Care and told they would arrive between 1 and 5 pm. @0 minutes later they called back and said their technician “Michael” was on the way and would be here in 30 to 45 minutes. Michael arrived on time as promised, assessed the problem and brought in his equipment to handle the cleaning. After a couple of tries, he was finally able to get the drain clean and clear. I REALLY appreciated the attention to detail and the great service that Michael provided and also that he listened to my concerns and explained several options if the drain did “not” open. He also pointed out a problem with my kitchen leaking and provided several different detailed quotes if I wanted them to repair it. You just DO NOT find this type of Grade AAA+++ service anymore and I appreciate the great job they did for me. I will make BEST CARE PLUMBING, HEATING and AIR my “go to” company for any future problems and hope you will give them a call as well. You cannot go wrong with the services they provide. 🙂

Drew was amazing! Oftentimes, technicians come in, do the job (stick to the script), and leave. However, Drew took his time, was detailed, knowledgeable, and understanding. His customer service was top tier and it made me feel comfortable inviting him into my home. Drew’s business card is on the fridge (ha ha) and we will specifically asking for him from now on.Thank you!

I told them I needed to have a drain pan replaced. Charged me $80 to look at the pan….I had already told them the size pan I needed on this initial call. The person was nice and told me they were getting a pan that day. It was a Friday morning and then later in the afternoon came back to the house to take more pictures… I never heard back and called them Saturday morning and was told that they would get back to me Monday and they did not have a pan. Disappointing, Monday comes around and again they were on it….they never followed up at all after that point. I purchased the pan off amazon and installed it myself.

Requested a repair/assessment on AC pump that was not working, an hvac estimate (to move my new system to the attic for a remodel) and plumbing/water heater estimate (remove damaged water heater). I was charged $80 for the first visit (the tech was courteous and helpful). The next day, two other crews showed up – the hvac tech was very aggressive – insisted my new system was utter crap done by a ‘shade tree mechanic’. Insisted upon a new system as I had paid TOO little on my new system. And then he refused all work – was probably ‘asbestas in the walls’. The plumbers/water heater crew came out – reviewed the situation. Spent 30 minutes writing up an estimate to remove the water heater ($14k – that’s 14 thousand dollars). I was charged $80 for the estimate. What do you think about that? The crew was knowledgeable but definitely pushed/motivated to SELL SELL SELL.
