Alex and Darian were professional and prompt. They fixed a few small electrical issues around our home. We would use them again for the next need we have.

Our technician did a very good job. I felt it was overpriced. There was no cost for supplies and the tech worked for about 2.5 hours.and the cost was $384. That’s over $150 per hour labor costs. I”m new to the area, but that seems excessive. I would have given 3.5 stars if possible.

Alex was very professional and was able to repair our lights quickly. One concern was that even though the Mr. Sparky website says they install and repair security camera systems, apparently at least the Melborne location, no longer does that.

Octavia came to our house to install two exterior outlets on our back porch. He was absolutely the best service technician I have ever worked with. He was on time, very professional, explained each step of the installation as he worked, and was very personable. I would definitely reccomend Mr. Sparky, and specifically Octavia Jefferson, for any future electrical work.

Alex and Darian were the technicians who came to my house to day and they were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond. They were dispatched to fix one light, they not only fix the one light that wasn’t working, they discovered a wiring issue and had to fix an additional seven lights. It obviously ended up being a bigger job than anticipated. They were very professional and kind to have taken the time to do the additional repairs. Bandon, their manager was also helpful with a couple additional issues, he was amazing too. It was a pleasure and a blessing to have Mister Sparky fix my electrical issues. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who has an electrical issue.

Octavia did an amazing job at installing an EV car charger for me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He explained everything he was going to do in great detail. He went above and beyond when I added a few items onto the job last minute. He also spent extra time with me giving me quotes for two other projects which we have hired him again to complete for us next week.
