I have used Hendricks Heating Cooling Service for my initial installation and routine maintenance for the past few years. The service is top notch. Customer service from the initial phone call all the way through the follow up after the appointment is phenomenal. The tech’s are always so professional, helpful and courteous. Hendricks Heating Cooling Service did an excellent job. Extremely pleasant and well-informed. The furnace fan had ceased operating, as had the hot water pressure valve. He explained everything in layman’s terms, and despite having to leave and return many hours later with another part, he was just as kind at the end of the day as he had been when he first walked in the door. In particular, I would strongly advise them. In addition, the office staff was outstanding.

My A/C failed on the hottest day of the year so far, and because we are in the process of moving, it was very important that the house be cool. I called a couple of other repair places, but nobody could be out for a couple of days. Hendricks Heating Cooling Service was able to get out to my house within 2 hours, and had the repair completed within 30 minutes. I’ll definitely use them again.

The technician that came on site knew what he was talking about, and was able to resolve our problem without up-charging us like previous companies we’ve worked with. We signed up for their annual maintenance package and have been happy with them ever sense. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Called for an estimate for a garage heater. Set up a 4 hour window for someone to come out and then he tells me there is a $150 service fee to come out and do an estimate. When i told him i am not paying $150 for an estimate he hung up. Real professional.
