We received friendly honest service on our AC system. The technician connected gauges and diagnosed our problem quickly. He added refrigerant as needed and restored cooling with the hour. No sales pitch, but a very clear explanation of the reason for the slow leak. Design Aire was the right company to call.

Left Design Aire a phone message before they opened needing my a/c charged, they returned my call not long after they opened and had Adam here by 11a.m. the same day, charged my a.c. and working great on a 95 degree day, wife works from home. Nice all around experience with them. Getting a bid from them to replace the whole thing after 23 years of using this system Design Aire installed. Got my money’s worth out of this one..Thank You.

Joe Placht and coworker were phenomenal with the installation of my mini split. They gave me a run down of what they were going to be doing. They discussed placement of the mini split inside and the unit outside. They set them up and gave me visual options of placement before installing. They kept me up to speed through the process. 5 stars! Additionally, I appreciate that Design Aire sends me a picture and name of who to expect at my home as a safety measure.
