I needed an electrical outlet updated to use a new appliance and JP answered my call, we’re so professional and kind, and had someone out the very next morning. It ended up being a bigger job than anticipated and they walked us through everything so that we understood, and successfully took care of everything. They exceeded our expectations! They are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Spoke with John and was immediately impressed by his phone etiquette. He was so friendly and expressed genuine interest in getting my electrical issues fixed as soon as possible. He was able to get someone to my house within a few hours. The electrician working on my home had a lot of knowledge and was solution focused. He recommended some options for down the road in addition to fixing my current problem. The most impressive aspect was that since the fix was relatively simple, there was no charge. Unbelievable quality of service. Will recommend and use JP Electric for all my electrical needs!

I had water dripping into my electrical panel. JP came out and diagnosed the issue. They determined my panel was fine and identified where the water was dripping in. They plugged the leak and gave me tips on how to fix the issue for good. Didn’t charge me anything and wouldn’t let me give them any money. Even when I asked about replacing my panel they advised the panel was fine it would simply be a waste of money. Honest company that isn’t money hungry. Will use them for all my electrical needs!

Very impressed with our entire encounter with JP Electric. Very responsive, professional and easy to work with, I was able to get an appointment quickly and at a convenient time. The electrician, Mac, that came to our home was so so helpful and did an amazing job! We were very impressed with our experience using this company and will be using JP Electric for all of our electric needs from now on!

I was very impressed with JP Electric from the time I placed my phone call to the completion of my service call. John was extremely helpful in taking my call as it was more on an emergency basis. He assured me they would be able to provide same day service. A technician called within an hour to let me know he was on his way out. The technician was very professional and took the time to explain why my power was out. He promptly fixed the problem and my power was back on. I highly recommend JP Electric, I had a very good experience with them.
