A million stars to Bob Dolan! Had a very difficult job or removing a very old underground house trap! They did an amazing job, not only finding it but removing and and correcting the plumbing. This came only a couple of days after they replaced my water heater. True professionals and unbeatable quality! Would hire again in an instant and recommend to all.

Bob is great! He came and inspected our water heater which had corrosion forming on the top. It was 8 years old and needed to be replaced. He came back the next day and installed a new water heater. He’s very friendly and willing to educate you. I will definitely be using his services from now on.

Charlie and team arrived on time. They assessed the situation, (leaking water heater) and communicated proper expectations. Charlie and the team were able to resolve what appeared to be a complex issue. A dishwasher needed to be moved in order to access the water heater. Charlie and the team were able to remove the water heater and replace with a brand new one. They then put the dishwasher back in place. Charlie went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly as I work from home. Charlie and team went the extra mile to ensure the work area was cleaner than when they arrived. Would highly recommend this group for any plumbing, heating, or remodeling needs

It was the night before the holiday weekend and we were faced with a problem: no hot water!! I left Bob Dolan a message at 9pm on thursday night, and by 8am the next morning, the problem was solved. We were lucky the issue ended up not being a huge deal, but the fact that Bob was able to send Charlie to our house 30 minutes after our conversation made our day infinitely easier. Thank you for quick response and professionalism – we will certainly be calling Bob again if we ever have another plumbing issue.

Great plumber. This person is highly recommended in the community. Call and leave a message. Just be aware they prefer voice calls so you have to have your phone next to you so you catch it when they call you back. Reasonably priced and can help you asap.

I got a return phone call within minutes on Thanksgiving Day! Bob was able to talk my daughter through a partial fix and will be there tomorrow to finish the job. On this Thanksgiving day, I’m adding Bob to my list of things to be grateful for!
