From the first call I made to Casteel to when the installers left my home, the service was A+. The salesman Rudy listened to our concerns and problems that we were having with our old HVAC system. He was very thorough and let us know all of our options. We ultimately decided to replace the system. The installers David and Drew were excellent! They were on time, respectful of my home and walked me through the process of what they were going to do. When they completed the job, they took the time again to show me how to use the new thermostat and walked me through all that was done and completed. We are happy with our decision to have Casteel replace our HVAC!

HVAC Tech Lachlan MacLachlan with Casteel came and diagnosed my older AC unit. He gave it to me straight. Explained all the issues my unit was having and explained why I should replace rather than repair. He made it an easy decision. He was right. Very happy with the service and the new unit I got from Casteel.

River arrived early within the scheduled time. He presented with a smile and courtesy. River was attentive to details, and his assessment was thorough. Although, the outcome was not what I wanted to hear… but the units are old! My service with Casteel was excellent.

Yes, Charles was awesome. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going wrong with my AC. He also went as far as making sure we were safe. He actually saved our lives. He actually went beyond fixing on his end. He got an electrician to come out and assess the problem further to make sure we were safe. Turns out it wasn’t safe. The last technician put electrical tape on the condenser wire, for our unit thats only 3 years old. Charles, instead ordered a new condenser wire and an electrical panel box switch that was completely burned and melted. Turns out the electrician Carlos had to replace the entire electrical powe box. I Thank God for you Charles.

Javier was terrific! He very quickly understood the problem and worked quickly to get it fixed. Great company with great people! I am selling my house and needed a new water heater installed. Although Javier did not know that when he arrived, he did not leave until the new water heater was procured and installed!

This was my first service with Casteel. I was pleased with the level of communication regarding my appointment. Tim & John were my technicians, they were on-site within the specified time frame. Both were professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Casteel. Tim & John delivered outstanding service. They continued to work during a rain storm.
