This company’s prices are crazy. Shop around before you have them do any work. It took them 5 days to get the part, replaced it in 5′, charged us $69 for the diagnosis, and a $498 flat rate for replacing the part. When we called them the temperatures were around 108 and higher but didn’t rush the order for the part even when we requested that. For the $498 rate, you think they would go all the way to offer the best service.

Anthony did a great job explaining the issue I had with my AC and providing me with options. The next day Alan Corona came out to my home only to work diligently and professionally. The supervisor Oscar Rodriguez came out and assisted as well. I must say you have great guys on your team at Climate Care Heating & Air Conditioning. Hopefully, I have no AC issues anytime soon but if so, I’d be glad to use your services again. God bless, Jason

I am first time customer of Climate Care and i am greatly happy with their service. My technician was Allan and he is topnotch with his work. He is very detailed from start to finish, truly knowledgeable, he really knows what he is doing and very respectful with my house. He never forgets to wear and take off his shoe cover which I really appreciate. I am highly satisfied with his work. Great job Allan! I will definitely request him again for my future service.

Our very old AC unit stopped working right before the holiday and during a very bad heat wave. We called Climate Care and they came out ASAP. Ivan did a very thorough inspection and even checked our HVAC in the attic before letting us know what was wrong. He carefully explained what each of our options were and made us feel assured in our purchase. He was even able to set us up for next day delivery of our new unit! Alan and David came out first thing in the morning and got us up and running in no time. They were very courteous, quick, and even checked every vent before leaving. Could not say better things about this team!
