I came home from dinner last night to a warm house. My AC was working, but only warm air was coming out. By 9pm, it was unbearable! I’ve used C&S Air in the past and didn’t hesitate to call them. Since it was late on Friday, I fully anticipated that I would have to leave a message and hear back from them in the morning. To my surprise, someone not only answered the phone, but they booked a technician to come out that night! Cole called me promptly and gave me a time when he would be at my house. When Cole arrived, he was courteous and informative. He quickly found the problem and had the part in his truck to fix it. Within minutes, sweet cool air was flowing in my house! The cost was reasonable and the service was amazing!! I highly recommend C&S Air!

Amazing service I cut a control wire with a weed eater on a Saturday morning and they told me what I need to do to get A/c back up and running in minutes instead of hours without an expensive after hours service call. Service over profit, the kind of company I like to do business with.

Cole came out to work on our AC when it stopped blowing cold air today. He was so helpful and explained what had happened any why. We are looking forward to him returning for routine maintenance on our system! Could not recommend Cole and C&S air more!

We hired C&S to do maintenance on our ac. Cole went above and beyond with the service he provided. He explained in detail what he did, shared pictures and helped us understand our unit better. This was our second time to use C&S Air and they are always prompt and courteous. Brooke was able to get a technician out same day and was very friendly. Our technician Cole was very polite and answered all my questions. He did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and explaining every step. He got our system running again, cleaned up everything, and showed me the faulty part he replaced. Cole was a life saver in this heat, can’t recommend him enough!
