Had a bad experience from the get-go. Called to get an electrical outlet installed. Got a day scheduled for them to come by. Ended up being a no call no show! I called them back & they said they’d investigate and get back to me. Well guess what. They never got back to me. Called back again the next day to see what was going on. They still had no idea what happened and transferred my call to their scheduler. Scheduler didnt pick up and i had to leave a message. At that point i said forget it. Horrible service. Never again nope!

I don’t often leave reviews but felt the need to share my experience. I recently completed a sizable residential project (five figures) and my experience left me with mixed emotions. Quality of work completed: 5/5 The people who did the onsite electrical work did an outstanding job. Everything looks amazing and I’m very happy with the outcome. Project management of the work: 1/5 The estimator/project manager was difficult to work with. I felt completely in the dark the entire time. There was hardly any communication regarding when electricians would be onsite, when the work would be complete, and no update on where the project was coming in budget wise. When I expressed my concerns, the project manager became short with me and even more difficult to work with. It took considerably more time and money to complete the project than was initially discussed. I am not upset about that aspect – I understand these things take time and money. But I think it points to a significant breakdown in communication between myself and the project manager. Finally, the invoices I received were incredibly vague. There was no breakdown of costs such as labor vs material. I have no way of knowing if the work I was charged for is the actual work that was completed. I have more examples of issues I have with the project management but I will leave it at this: You won’t be disappointed with the quality of the work completed. But if you have a larger project, be aware it may be a stressful experience.

This is the kind of company you want to do business with! On a Sunday morning I called and left a message for Hubbard Electric that we had had a garage and house fire. I needed electrical restored to the shared well so the neighbors had water. Jason Hubbard called me back right away and had Neal out there by 10:30 that day. Neal was so friendly and compassionate. He not only restored the electrical so the neighbors had water, but also ran a line so we had some power in the house to run our refrigerator and freezer. I’m very grateful there are still businesses that truly care about customers. Thanks again Hubbartt Electric.

I cannot say enough good things about Hubbartt Electrical. We purchased an older home in December in Appleton and it needed a LOT of work to get up to code, plus a lot of work to accomplish the remodeling we wanted to completed. They were at our house at least 6 times in the last four months. Every technician was FABULOUS, on time, knowledgeable, skillful, friendly, and personable. Mark worked carefully with us on the timing of some projects as it involved other plumbing or construction work, and communication was always great. Sometimes they were even here on the same day we called. Our home is now comfortable, enjoyable, and safe to live in. I would 100% recommend this business with total confidence.

Great service – needed some switches replaced in the dining room a few days before hosting 36 for Thanksgiving. Nick did an excellent job. Will be contacting them for any electrical work in the future!
