Awesome service! A tree fell on my power lines and ripped the electrical stem off my roof. Awesome service! They came out on a Sunday. The technician was so helpful and the office continued to check with me until service was reconnected. Would definitely recommend! ❤️

Andrew, the owner of WAM, is a truly noble human… this, alone, makes me want to do a review for him/WAM. Due to the nature of our job, we are unable to hire WAM for it, but we cannot express how very impressed we were with them from start to finish! (Impressed enough to take the time to do a review.) Ashley was unusually sympathetic and kind to our situation from the first phone call. And Andrew was the epitome of grace and understanding when I told him we had to hire another company, and even told me that we could call them anytime with any questions we might have. It’s been quite some time since we’ve seen such understanding and caring service! We will, without a doubt, be hiring them in the future. They are professional, reliable, honest, considerate and extremely helpful. We would say, “Stop looking, and just call them!”

You know how in the rare case that you find a good company, they inevitably change and begin to disappoint? Well, every time I call WAM they do just the opposite and I am constantly amazed and grateful for their professionalism, skill set, and courtesy beginning with the very first call to the office.

I cannot say enough about the value and service WAM provided. I called about replacing the brass plate, outlet and bracket for an in-floor outlet. The company I called first tied me up all day only to have to reschedule for the next day. I get that things happen but I was pleased that WAM came out the same day I called. When I made the appointment, I was quoted the hourly rate (another pleasant surprise versus the “we’ll give you an estimate when we get there” from the first company). I asked if I could send pictures and have the WAM electrician bring the parts something the first company would not do although this was a relatively straightforward and simple job. WAM said “no problem”. One and done! The WAM electrician was in and out in about an hour. Best of all they charged much less than the first company. Great value, exceptional service. What a winning combination.
