I had a plumbing issue with my bathtub faucet. Parish came out the next day, on time, diagnosed the issue correctly, explained what the issue was, and told me how to prevent it happening again. Higher price than I thought but everything is these days !!!

I called and heard: “how can I make you smile today?” I laughed and decided this is customer service and I want to work with this company. I was told who would arrive the next day, that he would sms before arrival. I got an SMS with his picture, a call to say he was on the way, and an email with a picture. Joe arrived with booties, no swag bag unfortunately, he was knowledgeable and I let him guide the plumbing decisions and purchases. He discussed his findings with me but I chose his advice. Thanks Parrish services for giving me the customer service experience I deserve. Because of that picture, I got the four year old involved in the project. I showed him the picture and told him to on the door. What will you do if it’s not that man, I asked him. He said close the door. The face had changed but it was fun and thoughtful and professional to send a picture.
