Just a note to thank Tory, leading the installation of my ac unit on July 1st. They arrived on time, professional eager and kind answering all questions. When done they thoroughly cleaned up. A very good experience. Tory is a very hard worker and a family heating cooling and electrical treasure.

A second great experience with Family Heating, Cooling, and Electrical! Called them first thing yesterday morning and they made it out late morning today. Within 2 hours had my air conditioning issue diagnosed and fixed. Great prices, amazing work, and I’m an absolutely satisfied customer. Highest recommendation I could ever make.

I lost my air conditioner the morning of the 18th during our recent heatwave. They had a technician out in two days. Did you hear me two days in the morning. It was Brian. I was all set to have the refrigerator replenished or something more expensive but to my delight, it was a capacitor which was a fraction my anticipated cost. The technician was Brian. He was professional thorough, and finished in an hour. This is my second review 5 star review as I had one for my furnace repair previously with Landon. These guys just checked all the boxes for me, timely, professional, and affordable. Great job Family Heating And Cooling..

We had our furnace & central air replaced by Family today. We obtained several quotes, and Family had the most comprehensive of the 3, and their price was reasonable. Our install team arrived on time and ready to work during the hottest week I can remember in MI. They worked hard and did an amazing job. We are very impressed. Troy was an excellent and experienced Tech! He came in installed our hot water heater quickly and neatly. Cleaned up the entire area and left it looking all new and clean! Great job by a great tech! He deserves a raise.. Installed american proline hot water heater 50 gallons. Same day install.
