Our AC suddenly stopped working in the evening, during heat wave. I called them around 8:30pm and they came to fix it the next day in the morning. The speed and service is impressive. I would definitely contact them again next time.

ABC Service was quick to respond to my message about needing help with our basically new fridge that was freezing everything. Samsung said they couldn’t help and most places wouldn’t come to fix a Samsung fridge just laundry. We’ll ABC services tech came out to our house during one of our recent storms, even around so many detours due to road closures and kept us up to date of his ETA. Long story short, my 13 month old Samsung fridge is toast and it would cost too much to fix and hope it would still work. Thanks again ABC for coming out to help us, we’d recommend you to all our friends!

Contacted ABC on Sunday for a washer repair. We were receiving an error code and without even looking at the drain, the tech told us we needed a new part and it would be $350. The house call was $65 and before committing, my husband and I wanted to investigate. We took apart the back and saw the drain was clogged. Thought that would work but it didn’t. Reached out to schedule the repair and they said they would be out on Monday, 6-8p. At 4:30p, they emailed and cancelled the appointment. They wanted to reschedule for the same window the next day. Two full days later without a repair and $65 lost. **Would like to add additional that the response from the owner is that the technician “got covid” and in the original email, the technician was “broken down.” Maybe strive for honesty and transparency when cancelling.**

I’ve used them twice. Both times the technicians were able to fix the problems. I also like how easy it is to schedule an appointment online, and they respond to inquiries quickly. During the second service, my technician was running late because his previous appointment went longer than expected, but the customer service kept me posted with the status.

Called ABCService late Thursday evening for a dryer repair, got an appointment setup for the next day in the afternoon. Armen came on time, took a look at the dryer and said the heating element was gone. Paid 80$ for diagnosis which was added towards to the total cost of 340$ (parts and labor). Came promptly the next day on a Saturday on time and fixed my dryer. Excellent service!!! Would recommend ABC Service anytime. [Geek squad had set me up with a 1* review vendor ( A GO Home Appliance ) who couldn’t honor the time slot that was promised by Geek Squad and was giving me the run around w.r.t an appointment for 4 days later!!! Thank goodness for ABC Service else would have been without a dryer]
