When they initially came for a consult, they were very friendly and had lots of good ideas. The pricing was fair. It wasn’t cheap nor expensive. The installers were knowledgeable and friendly. Very clean too. I appreciated that. Thank you guys.

Great experience all around from the phone scheduling with Josh to Tony & Chris coming out to perform LADWPs AC tune up program. Highly recommend anyone in LA County to take advantage of this program. If you don’t know what it is just give KAPPL a call! Edit: Michael came out for a 2nd job to diagnose a buzzing sound and he resolved it and tested all other parts. Fairly pried. Thank you for the service! 2nd edit: this time had Juan and again he delivered a 5-star experience while in their maintenance plan. Showed up on time, educated me and did a thorough inspection and cleaning on the unit. Thank you Juan !
