I would give them a zero if it was available! They are liars, cons-scammers! Technician told me that my unit needed to be replaced and not worth fixing , but he had to tell my warranty company that it can be fixed because he didn’t want to answer the questions the warranty company would ask him. He Stated that the warranty company wouldn’t replace it! My warranty called Fresh Air while on the phone with me. Fresh Air said it was only two options and the Warranty Rep said it is another option for replacement if your tech write up the report and honestly answer the questions. The Fresh Air Rep hung up the phone and wouldn’t answer calls from my Warranty company! This morning a Fresh Rep called and said my claim was denied and tried to sell me a $10,000. I called my Warranty company and fresh had not even submitted the claim. When the Warranty company called fresh Air, then they called to report! The are liars and cons! Make sure your security cameras are on you will definitely need it! I am so happy my security captured everything!

They worked in the rain!! Can’t believe how they gave me great service during a storm. They installed a mini-split in my sunroom and a heating/av system in my home. They did a great job. I’m very happy with the service.
