Sharon in the office is also terrific and very timely with her responses to me. She made sure that all my needs were understood and the electricians came fully prepared. Great team all around. I’ve used Mike Chamber’s twice and can definitely recommend them. I had several lighting fixtures installed the first time The second time was a conversion of a hard wired outlet.

I needed to have a garbage disposal hooked up. For some reason there was a miscommunication and the young man that was sent did not have the experience needed for a new installation. That was remedied and all was fine until I got my bill and saw that I was billed for the first service call. I sent an angry email message and got a phone call the next day saying the charge would be refunded. It’s really good to know that there are companies like Chambers Electric who have integrity and treat customers so well.
