My tech, Josh, was very thorough, professional and upfront about everything. Took a lot of time to understand my needs and desires and to assess my current system. He also had me talk to Brandon, the owner about my project, and he was very helpful and informative too. As a first experience with Josh andthe company it was great. Would definitely recommend anyone to consider them.

Called Leslie to have my heating and cooling systems inspected, to have some duct work reinstalled, and for some moderate duct sealing. Brandon was the technician that was sent out. He did a very thorough job with the inspection and made me aware of concerns without any upselling pressure. He made me aware of all costs up front completed all the work satisfactorily and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them. As an aside, the previous owner of the home had the furnace installed , which was installed by four seasons. Because of this, initially called four seasons to do the duct work. They initially told me they wouldn’t do the job because they didn’t install the system. I then informed them they did install it. They proceeded to tell me they had no record of the installation and still would not do the work (despite me having a receipt from the previous owner). This was all over the phone, they refused to even send out a technician to see what the work was. Absolutely fumbled a simple job.

Brandon and Jonvanny worked through the difficult utility maze of our laundry to get to the old water heater and conscientiously inspected the new one to make sure we received a quality installation they were helpful in putting everything back as it was too – thank you!
