After working with Arctic Circle Air in our last home and now in my current home I am extremely impressed with their service. So many times you work with a company and you hope there is consistency in the quality of their work and who they employ. Daniel my senior technician was very thorough in his assessment of the issue. I know this because I stood there the whole time. Might I add that being a mom who is vigilant about who comes to my home I feel the level of professionalism and knowledgeability. His associate Austin was also professional and helpful. When I called the office Taylor was helpful and continued to communicate with me even after I scheduled my appointment with the updates of where and when my technician would be here. If you are looking for a reliable heating cooling HVAC company that services the greater Atlanta area and are a preferred company for Gwinnett County HVAC, Dekalb County HVAC, Paulding County HVAC, Fulton County HVAC, Newton HVAC, Rockdale County HVAC. If you call anyone else I’m sure you will make a second call and get an appointment with Arctic Circle. I’m really overjoyed that they have me back up and running quickly.
