Justin was my technician and I’ve got to say he was efficient, he checked and rechecked his work, he was timely and very personable. I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. Rock Plumbing, Heating and Air did what they said they were going to do. From giving me a 2 hour window and meeting it, to providing updates on the technician’s arrival. What a nice change of pace. To actually call and get a real person, to GREAT customer service. I highly recommend them.
