Called about our old AC that was no longer running properly. Tess got a technician out to us within the hour. After determining that our 30+ year AC was no longer worth putting maintenance into, we decided to install a new unit. Tess sent technicians back out same day and we had a new AC installed within hours of first calling. Great price and even better service. We’ll be using them to replace our outdated furnace next!

We would give 6 stars if we could. Advantage Air is the best HVAC company we have ever dealt with. We live out of state now but elderly parents (upper 80’s in age) are still in the same house in Downers, and Advantage works in parallel with both me offsite and my parents in Downers for any HVAC work required. Over the winter when it was below 0 deg for almost 2 weeks straight they had an issue with their furnace, no heat. Parents have only used the yellow pages for this kind of work, they don’t have an internet connection, so we needed to handle the repair process for them from offsite. After calling a few local companies, we had a good feel with Advantage so they came out to quote the same day I called. The quotes and options were honest and realistic, with NO upselling or pushing for more than what my parents needed. If anything they saved money by keeping in mind the existing installation and how best to efficiently remove and replace without too much tear up. Even better, the SAME person (Steve) that quoted is the person who installed a new unit the next day. During this process Advantage was keeping me updated by phone with options and updates while on site with my parents. This could have been a difficult situation but Steve and Tess made everything so easy. The price was amazing, the installation is neat and clean, and the communication was excellent. It is truly not possible to ask for more. They recently charged/checked the AC system, reminding me about this before the hot weather hit, and Tess in the office is proactive about keeping me updated (at my request) with anything that pops up. Bottom line, they are the BEST.

Advantage Air installed a new furnace last year and when my air conditioner went out this spring, I went right back to them. They’re everything you want: Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and fair. All around it’s a good experience when you work with Advantage Air. They’re my HVAC go-to.

Worked with them as part of our builders warranty. They came out twice to address issues we were having. Took things very seriously and evaluated all options and then addressed them as best as they could be addressed

From the very first interaction through the final install Advantage Air Heating & Cooling was great to work with. Tess scheduled the inspection which we had to cancel at the last minute because of an emergency. She totally understood and was able to reschedule quickly. I kinda thought we needed a new furnace. Kelly did the inspection and explained everything in detail. We scheduled for the installation of the new furnace. Kelly and Steve spent the day removing the old one, installing the new one and they cleaned up and we never would have known they were here except for some awesome heat we have in the house.

Our LG fridge’s compressor conked out, which Danny was able to diagnose. Even though we ended up not getting it repaired, Danny was able to come out the same day and quickly get it diagnosed and gave us an honest opinion about not getting it fixed since it would cost too much. Will call Danny again in the future if we ever need an appliance repaired! We just had our double wall microwave oven go out–when it rains it pours! Luckily, Danny was able to come out, and after getting things taken apart and studying the circuit diagrams, he as able to isolate the problem to a blown fuse and get it replaced–thankful to have a working oven and microwave again! Great service, and thankful Danny could come out quickly to get us up and running again! 5 star service!

Second time we have used Advantage Air to install a new system. First was an AC unit a few years ago and now a new furnace. Staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Never felt pressured to purchase anything and like the first time- installed the system very quickly. Price was very competitive and there was no upselling. Will always recommend Advantage Air to family and friends. Thank you!!
